Timber Venetians remain a very popular and stylish way to cover windows, providing privacy whilst at the same time controlling the light entering a room. Trackstyle offers three types of timber and timber look alike venetians.
BASSWOOD TIMBER
This is a plantation grown short grain timber which is ideal for the manufacture of stable timber venetians. It is finished in low gloss paint or coloured wrap in a variety of shades and colours. The maximum width is 3000mm and is available only in a 50mm slat.
NEW YORK
This product is 100% Polystyrene, specially processed and extruded for look alike Timber Venetians. It has been extensively tested for stability, fading and warping up to 70 degrees C. It is available in 50mm and 63mm slat, in a wide range of colours and can be manufactured up to 2700mm width.
TUSCANY
Tuscany is made from a compound of wood and PVC for the production of Timber Venetians. The compound has been tested for stability, fading and warping up to temperatures in excess of 60 degrees C. It is available in 50mm and 63mm slat, in a smooth or textured finish in a wide range of colours. The maximum width is 2700mm.
Fascias for all types of Timber Venetians are in the harbour bridge style.
Standard fascias are made at 10mm longer than blind width for recess fit and 20mm longer for face fit with 70mm returns for face fit blinds.
